Jasmine Spice

Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 45ml (1½ oz) Glen Fiddich 12 year old
- 10ml (1/3 oz) Peach liqueur
- 5ml (1/6 oz) Jasmine Syrup
- 45ml (1½ oz) Madura Green & Jasmine tea
- 2 x wedges of fresh orange
- 1 x wedges of fresh lemon
- 3 x wedges of flamed pineapple
Method
- Muddle all fruit, add all, then shake and double strain into a pilsner glass and top with crushed ice
- Garnish with Jasmine flower
