Ingredients

  • 45ml (1½ oz) Glen Fiddich 12 year old
  • 10ml  (1/3 oz) Peach liqueur
  • 5ml (1/6 oz) Jasmine Syrup
  • 45ml (1½ oz) Madura Green & Jasmine tea
  • 2 x wedges of fresh orange
  • 1 x wedges of fresh lemon
  • 3 x wedges of flamed pineapple

Method

  1. Muddle all fruit, add all, then shake and double strain into a pilsner glass and top with crushed ice
  2. Garnish with Jasmine flower
